We are looking for the next superstar to join our team!

The Office Manager position is the backbone, responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and activities. This basically includes everything except sales, marketing and manufacturing. This position is very important to our daily operations and requires a bright, detailed-oriented person who handles constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Position Details
Full time. Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00. Office is in Franklin, TN – specifically in Cool Springs.

Strong in organization, communication, problem solving, flexibility and time management
Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a positive attitude
Good at balancing both the whole picture and working in detail oriented tasks
Ability to work alone on concentrated tasks for long periods but can pivot to work in team setting
Positive, patient person with ability to get along well with a variety of personalities Comfortable training and leading others in a supervisory role

Two to four years related experience
Proficient in Word and Excel
Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervising employees
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to manage priorities and workflow

Overview of Duties and Repsonsiblities

Document, file (paper and electronic) and organize as needed
Communicate via phone, email and in person with team members, customers and suppliers as needed

HR – onboarding new employees
HR – running weekly payroll
Maintaining food safety records/logs by recording information as needed

Coding invoices for accountant
Posting checks and recording payment notes
Reconciling payments and follow up with discrepancies

Weekly and monthly inventory
Weekly purchasing of ingredients/supplies

Coordinate with the production manager to make weekly plan

Scheduling freight and preparing paperwork

Shipping Department
Oversee pick/packer and coordinate/direct their work
Assist when needed

Part-Time Position

We are looking for a special person to pack our customer’s orders with care!

Any moms with kiddos in school? Students? Those with extra time on your hands? This may be perfect for you!

This position is about 20-25 hours per week and flexible with an average schedule of 10am to 2pm.

We are located in Cool Springs. This position is not high stress but is very important. Neatness and accuracy are critical. Would your friends say you have good attention to detail and an ability to concentrate in any situation? If so, then we want to hear from you!

Basic computer skills are necessary, as well as ability to work with others. Having a positive attitude and being flexible to changing circumstances is key.
