The Office Administrator position is the backbone, responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and activities. 

This position is very important to our daily operations and requires a bright, detailed-oriented person who handles constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Position Details

Full time. Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00. Office is in Franklin, TN – specifically in Cool Springs, Franklin, Tennessee.

Qualifications

Two to four years related experience
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox
Able to manage priorities and workflow
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervising employees
* Food safety experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

Admin

Document, file (paper and electronic) and organize as needed
Communicate via phone, email and in person with team members, customers and suppliers as needed

HR/Compliance

HR – onboarding new employees
HR – running weekly payroll
Maintaining food safety records/logs by recording information as needed
Prepare, review and revise documents for annual food safety audits and inspections
Participate in annual food safety audits and inspections

Finances

Coding invoices for accountant
Posting checks, recording payment notes, making bank deposit
Reconciling vendor payments and follow up with discrepancies
Prepare and file monthly sales tax

Purchasing/Inventory

Weekly and monthly inventory
Weekly purchasing of ingredients/supplies

Logistics/Freight

Coordinate with the production manager to make weekly plan
Scheduling freight and preparing paperwork

Shipping Department

Oversee pick/packer and coordinate/direct their work
Assist when needed

We are looking for outgoing, friendly and high-energy brand ambassadors to help represent Grab The Gold during the inaugural Music City Grand Prix this August!

We’re hosting a Grab The Gold Activation space during the 3 day event, (August 6th, 7th & 8th, 2021) and need reliable, and passionate people to work with us.

Bonus points if you’re already a Fan of Grab The Gold!

Multiple shifts will be available.
You can work 1 day or all 3.
Pay is $25/hour. (Shift lengths to be determined)
Must be able to withstand summer temperatures, as this is an outdoor event.
Must be able to stand for several hours at a time.

Part-time job available in our shipping department! We are a small local business located in Cool Springs.

This position is about 20-25 hours per week and flexible with an average schedule of 10am to 2pm.

We are looking for a special person to pack our customer’s orders with care! This low stress position is very important to our business.

We are looking for someone with:

  • reliability – able to attend work daily
  • attention to detail
  • accuracy
  • problem solving
  • able to concentrate in any situation
  • able to work alone in your role
  • able to get along well with others
  • a positive attitude
  • flexible to changing circumstances
  • motivated to work with minimal supervision
  • desire to learn new things and progress within the job to a higher level role with more responsibility

Skills necessary for role:

    • basic computer skills
    • ability to read/write English
    • ability to stand for 4-6 hours
    • ability to move/lift 40 lbs
    • reliable transportation
