Pay: Starting at $18/hr + retention bonus

Hours and Location: We are looking for someone local to the Nashville/Franklin area to create social media content, including capturing content from local events, workplace environment, and local landmarks.

Overview of Position: We are looking to hire a Part-Time Social Content Creator who loves social media, has fresh ideas, and wants to express their creativity through our brand voice. You are the right person for this position if you are creative, energetic, and love to make fun content for trending Instagram Reels and TikToks.

The Social Content Creator should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for social media, email, and traditional or digital campaigns that aligns with the brand strategy (photography and graphic design preferred)
• Manage DMs, customer communication, and community management
• Identify and coordinate local partnerships and donation requests for possible partnerships
• Consistently research trends and opportunities to help reach our target audience
• Analyze and report on the outcomes of their marketing efforts
• Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Opportunity: Assist in the organizing of promotional events, create/manage a schedule for events, and attend them to facilitate their success

Skills And Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a marketing role is preferred but not required
• Good understanding of marketing principles
• Demonstrate ability to organize, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.)
• Please have reliable transportation and ability to travel as necessary.
