I received an email with a delivery confirmation but my package is not here. What do I do?
FedEx and the US Postal Service are able to leave your package beside your door without a signature. If your email confirms your package was left at your address but you do not see it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check thoroughly around the area beside your door to see if the package is there
- Check with family members to see if they brought the package inside
- Check with neighbors to see if they accepted your package
If you still haven’t located your order, we can help! Fill out the form below for immediate assistance. Please provide as much information as possible but you do not have to complete every field to submit your Package Search. We will contact the carrier and initiate a trace on your package. It may take up to 48 hours for us to get a response because they speak to the driver/delivery person.
