At Grab The Gold we hold ourselves to a high standard to deliver our customer’s products in a timely and safe manner. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS and UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once we have shipped your items we are unable to alter the delivery. You may contact USPS or UPS (whichever your tracking info is with) to coordinate a delivery of your package.
Missing or Lost Packages
We always want your package to reach you quickly and in great condition. If you feel that your package is taking an abnormal amount of time to reach you we wanted to provide some resources to locate a missing or report a lost package.
