If your order is incorrect upon receipt, we would first like to apologize that we have not upheld our quality standards. Please contact us immediately at 615-349-1109 or support@grabthegold.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our customer service representative will be able to determine the situation. If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Upon approval for a refund we will email you a free return label to return the merchandise to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You have 30 days after placing your order to request a refund. After 30 days, unfortunately you will only be able to exchange the products. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
