Here at Grab The Gold, we all do our best to make high-quality snacks and hope you are happy with the products in your order. However, we realize issues may come up from time to time. We value your trust and appreciate your business!

Here are the details of our return policy:

Any request for a refund or product replacement must be made within 30 days of the order date. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your order is incorrect upon receipt, please notify us promptly so we can correct the issue. If items are missing, we will ship those items within 1-2 business days. If you received the incorrect order, we will email you a shipping label to return the merchandise to us.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, we would first like to apologize that we have not upheld our quality standards. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right!

Exchange: If you would like to exchange the product for a different product, you will be given a Return Authorization Number for your return package. We suggest returning your package via UPS or FedEx so you have insurance and a tracking number. We will place a new order for your preferred products and ship within 1-2 business days. We will refund your original order when we receive it. Please note that we need to receive the returned products within 30 days of the order date to process the refund of the original order.

Return/Refund: If you are not satisfied with the product received for any reason, please let us know. We would be happy to issue a refund. We may request the product be returned, and our customer service representative will be able to determine the situation.
