Terms & Conditions for Resellers

• What is NOT allowed: We do not allow our product to be sold on other websites. Absolutely no resellers on Amazon, eBay, or any other websites! By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Any violation will result in immediate termination of wholesale account.
• MAP Policy: All resellers must comply with our MAP (minimum advertised pricing) Policy. Storefront: MSRP is $1.99 to $2.50 per bar in brick and mortar locations. MAP for stores is $1.99 tagged price. You may run store discounts, promotions, and coupons at your cost and discretion. Online: As stated above, online sales are NOT permitted and we are not accepting any online seller applications. However, if you are already an approved online seller (must have written, signed agreement with Grab The Gold, Inc.) you must sell at MAP of $2.50 per bar. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Any violation will result in immediate termination of wholesale account.
• Wholesale Pricing: All applications must be reviewed and approved prior to releasing wholesale pricing.
• Order Minimum: $70 with FREE shipping. First order may be approved for a lower order minimum, but shipping will apply.
• Opening Order Specials: Opening orders may also qualify for 50 FREE taster samples.
• Requirements: You will be required to submit a copy of your resale permit in order to be approved.
